This new system has a long process and collaboration between teams, by conducting a discovery phase process that we do together by involving all stakeholders from customers, operators, marketing, to BOD, we conclude several pain points such as:

Booking containers manually takes a long time and often results in overlapping schedules.
Non-transparent container tracking makes it impossible for clients to monitor the position and status of shipments.
The loading and unloading process is chaotic even without clear coordination, creating long queues and wasting time.

Along with the development of the digital logistics sector in Indonesia, it is a challenge for us to improve our business development with a digital innovation approach.

We implement a comprehensive strategy, including focusing on making concise departure schedule options on the main page and releasing order bookings in a structured manner by entering the required information. Gradual implementation starts from booking containers, tracking, to finance to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Customers will also be able to easily track orders made in real time and monitor the processes that must be carried out such as picking up containers at the nearest depot location and delivering filled containers to the port of departure.

On our internal platform, we focus on the convenience of the iconlines team to be able to monitor container stock at each depot, container conditions, to arrange the ease of ship scheduling and container positions on ships during the voyage. Employee training is also maximized to be able to adapt to new technologies and increase internal acceptance of change.
